Religious School

The CBS-CS Religious School, which meets Sunday mornings from 9 am-noon, provides educational experiences that are warm, inviting, thought-provoking, creative, flexible and interactive, and helps connect students to their Jewish heritage, culture and community. Each Sunday morning ends with an interactive multimedia prayer service.

Children attend the CBS-CS Religious School beginning in PreK and continue through 7th grade. Students in 3rd through 7th grades also attend the Syracuse Community Hebrew School, and many students in 8th through 12th grades choose to attend the Epstein School of Jewish Studies. Syracuse is also home to the Syracuse Hebrew Day School, which offers an excellent private Jewish day school education for students Kindergarten through 6th grade.
