What happens after I make a purchase?
You will be contacted via phone or email to let you know that your purchase is ready for pickup or delivery.

Where do you deliver?
Currently, we deliver to Syracuse and the neighboring suburbs. If you live outside of these areas, please let the team member that contacts you know that you will need to arrange shipping.

How do I pick up an item?
You can pick up an item in our office with the administrative assistant. Check out our hours for times you can stop by to pick up an item.

What is your return policy?
You may return an item and will receive a store credit.

What is your refund policy?
You may receive a refund as store credit.

Do you have other items available not listed on the online store?
Yes, we have much more to offer and will eventually list the rest of our inventory online. In the meantime, you can make an appointment to shop our store at the synagogue by texting Linda Herman at (315) 254-9064 or emailing her at judaica@cbscs.org or texting Joan Bordett at (315) 706-5028.

Can I shop in person at the synagogue?
Yes. You can stop by the office during our open hours to shop in person.

Do you offer a gift wrap option?
Yes, we do. When you're contacted by a team member, please let them know you would like your item(s) wrapped.
