What happens after I make a purchase?
You will be contacted via phone or email to arrange a pickup time. ​

Where do you deliver?
We generally do not deliver. However, we can make special arrangements within the DeWitt/Syracuse area.​

How much does shipping cost?
We don't offer shipping.
I really want something you have in stock and I can't find it anywhere else but I don't live in the area. What can I do?
We can make an exception to our policy, but you would need to pay the shipping cost. To determine cost, we would take it to the post office, and before we mail it you would be expected to pay the shipping fee. Depending where you live and the size of the item, we may use flat-rate or priority.

What is your return / refund policy?
You may return an item and will receive a store credit.​

Can I shop in person at the synagogue?
Yes. You can stop by the office during our open hours to shop in person (note we cannot make sales on Shabbat, which runs Friday evening to Saturday evening, or on any Yom Tov) or email sisterhood@cbscs.org to arrange an alternative time to come. ​​
There's something specific I want but you don't have it in stock. What should I do?
